u can order it from www.playstationmods.com they are the people who created neo2(cheers guys) they are in the uk but you can probably find a us importer there is some other sitesthat have ripped the code of neo2 and realased there own,some credit the guys at neo2 some dont which is shitty but they are the same i ahve also seem the neo2 pics from playstation mods ripped and the banner from the pics removed and pasted on there own sites and saying they are there's,so if u can buy from a neo2 approved dealer and support theese guys www.kanection.co.uk is an offical dealer both of theese ship all over the world

If you live in the US you can try www.chipzone.com.they are an authorized neo2 dealer and you use the install diagrams furnished by playstationmods.com.[the neo2 creator].i ordered 4 chips online it took only 7 days to recieve them and they work perfect.capacitor included!!
