can someone please help!!!
i am trying to make a backup of spyro 2 i know the game is protected so i have inserted a patch and burnt it back using cdrwin at x 2 speed but the game still won't load on to some levels and the screen goes blank the patch must be working because it's there at the start of the back up. So what am i doing wrong is there any specific settings i should be using?? I am also using good qualitiy meda. any ideas??

When you read the disk onto the harddrive were there any errors? if so this could be the problem. Also you could try burning back at 1x speed. I've never made a bad disk at this speed. I can asure the patch works fine as I completed 100% using the patch. Did the ppf application program say that the patch had been applied successfully or not?
Hope any of these suggestions are useful.

this is a known prob. when you don't patch the bin file
on about level 4 the game just stops
did you really specify the bin file

like bv: c:\temp\images\??.bin
