do i have to patch pal games to work on usa ntsc ps2?

ive just got gameshark 1.3 no mod...with knife trick

if i copy pal games ..do i need to patch them to play on my ntsc ps2?....

if i do , can you direct me to pal to ntsc patches for
some games..

yep, it has nothing to do with what machine you have it is a copy protection from the cd, just like the region codes for dvd (only this is hardware related) but you cannot insert pal (european games) in ntsc(amarican) psx and visa versa

the patch file you need is a converter file like pal to ntsc
