Backup copy isnt workin on PS with a mod-chip

i installed a internal mod chip and i backed up a game and its not playin. All it does is play the tracks from the game. I used CloneCD to back it up. Can anyone tell me what i need to do to be able to play the games? NEED HELP PLEASE

You messed up the game, it might need patching, or use CDRWIN
