New to this Copying (sorry Back up) Thing

Hi hope some one can help me ive just brought my self a cd-writer at last and want to start copying playstation games,
Is it just a simple case of copying it to another cd, (I know that you need your psx chipped or have to have a cheat cartridge).

First you will need cdrwin which is a burning program, i think you can get it at www.goldenhawk.com. then go to www.psxcopyworld.com and you can find the instructions on copying games.
