Im new to using CloneCD and I want o know the settings to burn a fully working 1:1 copy of a PSX game

sure can Dragon. First check your burner is supported by CloneCD else you are going to have to use CDRWIN then the settings are as follows

read with subcodes checked
write with dont repair subchannel data
