I'm just starting this patching thing so this question may not make any sense at all to all you pro's.I need to know if there's a .p4u program that changes it to a .bin . I probably don't understand the patching one bit? But can anybody please help me?

If you are just starting out then I suggest you visit this site first http://www.geocities.com/akahomeruk/
you need to download CDRWIN the keygen for it to alow you to burn better than x2 and PPF-O-Matic to apply your patches to your .bin files created by CDRWIN. Take a look at the tutorials its all there in a clear concise fashion.
