I first asked this question 3 days ago but had no answer, so i'll try again.
I have copied a 4cd game (legend of dragoon) and halfway through cd4 the game askes me to put in cd3 to continue with a quest.
How do I get cd3 to load at the needed place?
surely I need to re-boot which only takes me to the beginning or a save and not where I need to be in the game.
any help appreciated.

No I'm sorry, I dont think you understand the problem.
THE GAME ASKS me to put in cd3 at a point in cd4. To continue with a particular quest in the game. (it needs to go back to a certain part of the map that is on cd3)
BUT regardless of which game it is, in multidisk games how do I go backward and forward in the game as instructed?

Hey,
sorry if it seems that I'm making you out to be stupid 'coz I'm not...
...BUT, have you actually tried opening the Playstation without resetting & putting Disk 3 in & closing it (without resetting)?
Maybe then it will detect Disk 3 & continue where you left off!!!!
I know you have to do this with Driver 2 when it asks for Disk 2!!
Good Luck! ;)
