I could really use some help

I am trying to back up a game CD. I have a PSX1 with a Stelth chip, Acer CRW62606A Burner, and I am trying to use CloneCD.
When I try to make a backup copy the software only makes it to 5%-14% then it Freezes up.

I have looked for settings and have read as much of this great board as I could and still have no answers.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had no luck with clone CD either I started using CDRWIN to make an image and use FIREBURNER to burn the back up not one coaster sinse.
