My sound like an overall lame question. I have just heard of people having problems with some burners. If anyone out there could give some opinions it would be helpful. Also which cd-r blanks work best when burning psx backups.

Thank You

I have just purchased a Creative Blaster CDRW from Microwarehouse.com ($182.00 which includes s/h) I have found the Nero burning program that came with it, very aggravating to use. I downloaded CDRWIN, and this program is simple and excellent. The media I use for Playstation games is FujiFilm 80 min, 700 MB. You can find them at your local Rite Aid.

Plex 12/10/32, clone cd / Nero and verbatim datalife plus will give you a helluva good start.
Also the reader you use also counts for a lot!
Reading with the plex 12.... will read the "unreadable sectors" that alot of cd drives cant, but my region free pioneer DVD can cope with 99% of cd roms.
