copying data to image but only gets 98%..why?

yeah..i'm using cdrwin and copying the original data to the image file on my hd. but the copying stops at 98% and the disk just sits and spins in my cdrom...it's only happened on two of the games i backed up so far ...anyone know what the problem is?

I have also run into that problem recently trying to backup Tenchu 2 and Smackdown 2. When I try to copy the image file to the hard drive it gets to about 96-98% then the following error message comes up saying the my hard drive is full -- "Unexpected failure writing...(disk full?)
I have never had this problem before using CDRWIN. I really want to know how to fix this. Someone please help us!

This i have found can be solved by getting the lates bios update for your cdrom as the psx cd's have audio and data subtracks which a regular cdrom will stumble over! nero 5 or clonecd will tell you if your drive supports subtrack data!
