GTA3 ntsc-pal patch

i was wondering if anyone could help me find an ntsc 2 pal patch for GTA3 as my verion plays in black & white. you may also help by telling me another way around the black & white screen.

You just have to buy another SCART-Cable. The one which is delivered with your PS2 isn´t good enough. There another one, which sends the signals more efficiently to your TV (not just through ONE cinch), so you get a colored screen and more sharpness !

but there´s another one, with a cool connector for you to get your PS2 to your
surroundsystem.
