Bin files

Is there any other program i can use to create a bin file as all mine produce a raw file or image file, i have tried to use cdrwin but I only have an IDE drive and it wont except my recorder because of that. Anyone help??

What burner have you got mines ide and it supports it make sure you have the latest version.Or try nero .

I have just got hold of cdrwin 3.8d and now everything works grate, thanks alot, happy christmas to you all
