Driver 2 UK/PAL protection fix

I tried copying driver 2 UK/PAL version. The game copied OK and the intro sequence plays fine, but the game hangs as soon as I try to play a new game or load a saved game. I use the swap-trick method and all my other games have worked fine. Is there a patch or action replay/gameshark code to get around this? (I found some patches at psxbackupworld.com but these are PAL-NTSC patches not protection fixes)

If U have managed to successfully copy this game could u please tell me what software and which settings U used.

I used cdrwin and it copyed fine..........

I USED WINONCD 3.7 TO COPY THIS GAME AND IT WORKS FINE ON SECOND DISK NOW.
