driver 2 & Toca World Touring Cars

I am using Australian PAL version of these games
Trouble is when i burn Driver 2 (and apparantly there is no patch) it freezes on loading...any ideas?? Also, i have 2 patches for Toca - one is LC2 and other is LC4- do i use them both??? Please help!!!!

Driver 2 is not protected - doesn't need any patch.
Toca World Touring Cars only needs tha BAD patch.
