psx patches - help i cant find it?

anyone know where i can get a pal version patch for the psx game "who wants to be a millionaire" all i can find on the net are ntsc patches

no patch needed. copied ok with cdr-win. and won a million (nothings!)
megagames has pal to ntsc patches
