applying patches to already burned games??

Hello everyone,

I'd like to know if there's a way that I can apply a patch (rgb or 60Hz fix, for instance) to a game that is already burned.

Can I make an ISO file from a game in CD format with Diskjuggler (or other app) and apply the patch to the resulting file?

My problem is that I own some games which I need to apply a patch (mostly the rgb fix) but I haven't the ISO files anymore.

Make an image with diskjuggler and then apply the patch as normal, it may or may not work, some have worked for me others resulted in a coaster
