Skies of Arcadia trial (PAL) on NTSC-J console

SoA trial (PAL) have picture moved to bottom of screen (so lower part of picture is invicible) on Jap NTSC DC. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Dont you know?!?... If you flip your TV upside down the image will slide back up to the top!
