DOES ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO CONVERT A DIVX FILE INTO OTHER MEDIA FILE LIKE MPEG??? I JUST NEED IT TO WATCH IN MY DREAMCAST.

Converting video files from MPEG/DIVX to VCD is not as easy as it sounds.

TMPGEnc is a util that will convert an AVI or MPG to MPEG3/VCD compliancy.

They have pretty much everything you need to know.
