How do you use IPBin4win?

Does anyone know how to use IPBin4win?
I'm trying to make my old selfbooting DC games
work on my New DC system, but I can't create
the IP.bin file mention in the tutorial creating
and ip.bin file with IPBin4win, I'm stuck on that
part, the game I'm trying to burn is KOF_ev which
does not have a ip.bin file but it does have all
the rest.. I know how to get games working on
my old DC game system but having trouble with
my New system....help

You probably don't even have to bother. Just get the Generic IP.BIN from the zerotools.exe package and use it with no additional changes. Chances are it will work without a problem. I've used the same IP.BIn several times with no issues.
