Dummy SegaGen Emu help..

Sorry to ask, but could someone give me a blow by blow, easy to understand way to burn my lemec smash pack loader w/ roms..

I'm not really a newbie, i just don't understand how to do this..

If i remember correctly the instructions where fairly straight forward replace a few files and burn using the Echelon selfboot tutorial. Be more specfic what part don't you get ?
