when i get to the part in dos prompt about...
"enter name of bootsector" and i out type in"ip.bin" it doesnt go through..says there is a error in opening which stops the whole process!!.....

any thoughts on how to fix this out there ...

look if the program and the ip.bin are in the same directiory!

make sure ip.bin isn't read only. (right click on it, then properties, then un##### read only.)
