Football Manager 2006

Hello all.

My favourite game on PC is Football Manager 2006.

I have Win 11 now on desktop and can't play the game anymore since my old laptop died.

Has anyone got a link to a nocd and game updates/patches.

The patches were v6.0.2 and 6.0.3 I think.

I now have the FM 2006 NoCD for version FM 6.0.2.

However, I need the 6.0.2 game patch now.

The 6.0.2 game patch appears to have disappeared.

Any help gratefully received.

You can get game patches from The Patches Scrolls: Football Manager 2006 patches (https://www.patches-scrolls.de/patch/1684/7/).

The patches down load ok but they are for Worldwide Soccer Manager 2006, which is the USA release of the same game. The exe file is different though so it won't update the game.

I can get the game patch to update the game by renaming the exe file. However, the nocd fix does not seem to work.

I tried renaming the exe file back to its original but all i get is error messages about resolution.

You should try forums specific to this game.

The error message is probably related to the game not working properly in newer Windows versions; the no-CD patch won't help you with that. Try various compatibility settings on the executable (right mouse button, Properties, Compatibility tab).
