after the conversion the game freezes when loading the shaders. The game version is 1.1. Could this be the problem?

no problem for me.
I compressed the game to 132gb (1.1 and now 1.1.2).
I always do a CRC check at the end of decompression.
I play half an hour without issue

here's an alternative method using the latest version of DiskSpanGui.

this method offers the possibility to have a fast installation while grading a correct ratio.

data1 : srep_new:490g (pak)
data2 : srep_new:490g (mp4 bk2)
data3 : LZMA-MT/$deflatepack=precomp+razor_stdio/$mp3pack=7zdll-pm:m0=mp3det:m1=packmp3c+srep_new:490g (artbook/OST)
data4 : srep_new:490g+LOLZ_NORMAL (other)

with this method and ASIS as installer, the software installs in 10~15 minutes
final size is about 134Gb

With method I used it installed in 12 minutes but obviously system dependent.

Redone with newest update 1.5 fixes problems with the AI so anyone needs update then do as improved the gameplay etc and removed all the rubbish not needed.
