hi everyone

i’m using Avast Premium Security on my pc and get blocked when firewall is on.

i get this error:

when firewall is off, there is no problem. what should i check?

Press Win-R and run this command:
ping -t www.google.com
What is the output? (It repeats indefinitely. You can stop it with Ctrl-C.) Also, this may help: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/firewall-internet-access/.
