How to use custom .iss files for creating repack

Hello, i wanna use https://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=503595&postcount=9 this setup file. I created .bin file using DiskSpanGUI with xt_zlib. What am I doing wrong? I get this error every time, no matter what I do I get the "unkown compression method" error.

This script is not compatible with DSG.
