Q's about Saturn, SegaCD, and the PAK CD for the Dream©ast

I'm curious if any one knows anything about an Emulator for the Dream©ast that allows Sega Saturn and/or Sega CD games to run and play on the Dream©ast? If there is and Emulator for either, please tell me where I can buy it or down load it.

I have the Sega #####©ast, but for some odd reason I can't find the PAK CD that's suppose to have all the drivers for the Playstation Games in order to play them on the DC. Can some one out there tell me where I can find this "PAK CD". Thanks alot!!!

I know this is an old post, but I just saw it and I haven't heard of a "PAK CD." Does this really exist?
