Might want to burn Discjuggler images (.CDI) in Discjuggler and burn ISOs with some other program like Nero, Easy CD Creator, CDRWIN.

I have had this problem recently with DC-MAME using DJ3, I havent managed to get round it yet, I tried to reinstall DJ2 but I got illigal operations when i opend it :(
Maybe uninstall everything to do with DJ, including registry, re####t the machine then make sure you install the latest version (and dont use any cracks).
Good luck
Can DJ2 first of all and use 3... And like Momo said.. I would use Nero on an ISO and stick to DJ3 for CDIs
sorry, what i wrote was wrong! i wanted to burn cdi images with diskjuggler, for sure!!! í also tried to convert the cdi images wth cdi2nero and burn it with nero! but there is the same failure! by the way, i never had probs with nero before! i'll try to delete all diskjuggler stuff from my system and registry and reinstall it! maybe it works! thx anyway!
be pro...
I am a bit confused my German friend... Do you allready HAVE a CDI file? Or, are you trying to make one? If you allready have an ISO, there is no need to make it into a CDI. If you have an ISO, use Nero... If you have a CDI use DJ3.
you are confused? and i'm sick of it all!
facts: i have a cdi image (a lot)
i wanna burn it with diskjuggler
it doesnt work
converting to nero image works, but burning in nero does not
(same error message as in DJ )
i also converted the cdi file to a iso file (there wa a cue file too)
but i dont know how to burn it with cdrwin!
hope you understand everythin' !
Got it. If you have the CDI file, you are basically set. Forget about everything except for Disk Juggler 3.
A few posts down, I gave exact step-by-step instructions on how to burn a CDI file. Route a little bit, but it's there. Calm down. Take a deep breath, and read.
You are 99% there!
i did it like you told me! i found your step by step thread too! but it doesnt work! god damn! i used i proggi called cdifix , and after that i burned 2 games perfectly! but i cant burn the others! i have a new error message too: "illegal field in descriptor cammander block" ! i think all my error messages are aplication errors! and there was another error, called "package size" or somethin' like that! this couldnt be all my fault!
Don't know what else to tell you. If you have had no problems befor with CDIs, you could possibly have a corrupted file. Have you tried uninstalling DJ3 and reinstalling? Get a fresh boot, and ####t again.
yeah sure, i did that! i'll try again nd again! thx to all for helpin'! i'll tell to you if it works someone! bye!
BTW: its nice to go to a board like this andask people for help! thx everybody!!!
dont forget to be pro or so like i do...

I get this exact same error...it comes up and then DJ prompts me to insert a 2nd disc...can anyone tell me whats up with this? I'm trying to burn outtrigger...settings i have #####ed are:
in options, default:
-write
-cached cd
-raw read/write
-ignore read errors
-overburn
-burn proof
burning mode 2, xa
nothing else #####ed off
I'm using Plextor plexwriter 12/10/32a....anyone else that use this drive? PLEASE help me!!!
Sounds like a Disc Juggler 3 and Disc Juggler 2 conflict. Rather than hunting down Disc Juggler 2 and figuring out how to get both versions 3 and 2 on the same machine, when I got a similar response, I just used CDMAGE to dump the data to the hard drive and then created a disc using the Self-Boot tutorial by Echelon.
