I know the question is utterly stupid, but I really don't know. What is an ISO? And if one has an ISO; how does one install it? How does one use it?

Hiya
An ISO is a file that you load into discjuggler or what ever program you have and create a burned game... Iso come in very different forms (which i am still trying to figure out)... I don't know how to burn yet so... this is all i can tell you... Ill tell you this if you get a ISO that is a .cdi you can sure burn it right away no patchs or anything (I think)

ISO - International Organization for Standardization
It's all very complicated to explain. In short an ISO image is an entire CD, game, or whatever is compressed into the image, readily able to be extracted or burned. Images come in many formats:
Nero - Something like .NRG
Discjuggler - .CDI
CloneCD - Slips my mind at the moment
Standard - .ISO

Ok.. All newbies do this ok? Under Momo's reply: click and drag to highlight what he posted. Then click on >file >print >selection
After you have printed it out, add it to your first page of DC tutorials.
