Rex to ISO file

I need help with a question here, I have the CD-ROM REX trying to make a backup to ISO, but I failed miserably because all the programs I used to create the ISO from the error, the error is very generic, ranging from random numbers saying the CD is corrupted or something.

I suspect there must be some security lock or encryption, I really need to create the ISO, does anyone know how to help me? Thank you

The darker edge is about 1cm from the end of the CD and is more likely to be copy protection

I'm confused, is the game "Rex" or "Alone in the Dark 3"? According to the docs in Alone in the Dark 3 [ENGLISH] No-DVD/Fixed Image (https://gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_alone_in_the_dark_3.shtml#Alone in the Dark 3 [ENGLISH] No-DVD/Fixed Image), there's only a simple CD check in the latter.

Never heard of this game. In general, you could try CloneCD (https://www.redfox.bz/en/clonecd.html) or Alcohol 120% (https://www.alcohol-soft.com) to duplicate copy protected CD's.
