SWF Repacking Method?

Hello, can anyone tell me about repacking method for SWF files?

*.SWF can be precompressed with Precomp. Then add srep and final compressor of choice.

Why recommending slow, non-stdio, single threaded precomp, when we have a superior xtool? I just compressed game full of swf's with reflate option, it inflated them to about ~4x size.
