Comment if this works.
The IsMedialib.dll library is optimized to work with LAV filters.
I think you must have a different filter installed on your PC or you don't.
Try it:
- Enable key AddDXFilter= and recompile setup.exe to include LAV filter into Setup.exe.

AddDXFilter=1
or:
- Install the latest version of the K-Lite codec Pack on your system.
If you have any codec or the K-Lite Codeck Pack itself, remove it first and install it using the default filter settings provided by the installer.
