How do I add bpk (Bink Pack) to FreeArc

I found the program and I've seen people use it as an external compressor with freearc/other compressor based on freearc, but I don't know how to do it myself, what do I have to add in 'arc.ini' and in my setup exe to make it work? I'm pretty new to all of this so sorry if it's a newbie question :)

Bink pack can be used without the arc.ini using the cls library.
