dc keeps freezing

everytime i play skies of arcadia my dreamcast freezes in the same spot how can stop it from freezing.

It sounds like mine is doing the exact same thing! Skies of Arcadia, freezing on the black screen right after I see the arcwhale. . .please please help, I was ####ting to get addicted ;)
