NBA Live 2001 v1.0/SPANISH [1.3 MB] Backup CD / Fixed Executable file not working

Hi, I'm trying to download this No-CD patch from gf.wiretarget.com bc I have Windows 10 and whenever I try to open the .ace file, I get this error seen in the pic attached, Does anyone have a working download for this?

There's nothing wrong with the archive but the ACE archive format is really obsolete. Download the last version of WinAce from https://web.archive.org/web/20110121225116/http://www.winace.net/files/wace269i.exe, install it and extract the archive with it. (Yes, this is annoying.)

The ace format was curious at the beginning from like 2001 it looked like is going to be a great format but too fast went down..
