[Help] Tools for seeing file types

Don't know if that exists but is there's any tool which can show me what kind of file types and how many of them are present in a game folder? I meant is their any tool which will show me how many bik, bmf, bk2 etc files are in their?

Make this threads in Conversion Tutorials subforum.
Use GFS for scanning game files.
Search "GFS" in the forum to find it.
