Hi,
I've been trying to compress the Rainbow 6 Siege .forge files for a few days with variations of
afr:a2+srep_x64:m3f:a1:l256:c256:mem50%+4x4:b128mb :lzma:ultra:128m:bt4:fb273:lc8:mc1000000

I've tried changing:
d256m to lower values mainly d64
mc1000 to higher values mainly mc1000000 and mc10000000000
lzma without 4x4

I've tried compressing some of the .forge files individually but not all and they seemed to work fine, but I'm trying to compress 65 gb together, the compression starts fine, runs for about 30 minutes with offsets being listed and then suddenly fails with invalid/unknown compression method or parameters Errorlevel=-1
I am using ArcGUI and prior I was using diskspan but both have the same issue, could anyone help?

With AFR you can only precompress forge files, so make sure you make at least 2 archives.

Hey, thanks for the responses Kaktor and pakrat
I was already just compressing the forge files but I've found the solution to my problem
I tried compressing all the files individually and I figured out that the file datapc64_merged_playgo_bnk_000000012_textures0.for ge cannot be precompressed by afr for some reason
Hope this helps anyone that tries this again
