Done this and all fine, took8 hours to do with srep+lzma+lzma2 and got a 41gb file from 58.6gb install, and took around 25 minutes to install so no problems with this at all.

I don't know which compression method you used (UltraArc or DiskSpan).
Remembering that the conversion uses VCLStyle (Setup.vsf).
- DiskSpan does not support VCLStyles skins.
It will always display random errors using DiskSpan + VCLStyles.
One solution is to use ISSkin skins (Setup.cjstyles)

Therefore it should work without errors using DiskSpan.

even on old I use (Setup.vsf) and no problem works well but the one I used old version (3.0.0.0u4) now I upload another version with version (3.0.0.0u6) without using (Setup. vsf) to even just hop the others the test to see

The errors are random.
The parts of the CIU code for extraction have not changed for a long time.
This error has always existed in older versions of CIU.
The developer suggested not to use VCLStyles together with DiskSpan because it will display errors.
I think it happens only if the game exceeds 1 disc (if it contains .002 file).
The higher the disk number the higher the error possibilities used VCLStyles + DiskSpan.

SUGGESTION:
I don't know if this was your intention, but for me the CIU logo looks almost the same as the background color (My monitor is IPS).
In my opinion it is better changing "LogoColor2=" and "LogoColor3" from $121212 to $d6d6d6 (preview in image).
It is only my opinion. Great your design.
