Due to some errors reported by The_Killer I have updated the conversion!!

I installed and in the end these 3 error messages appear but the game works.

Did the conversion create shortcuts in desktop and start menu?
Did the game launch correctly?

only the shortcut on the start menu was created and the game worked.

Replace with the exe in the archive and test again!!

the game installed and worked normally, the desktop and menu icons were created perfectly, but this message continued to appear at the end of the installation, but I don't think it disturbs the game.

Did you have the 3 error messages like in first time?

no, just one.

The_Killer

Well, I used a new Setup.ini because there were some errors in the old one!!
Once again I need you to do another test cause I'm using Win 7!!!

ok

the 3 previous errors came back with this new setup, the reason may be for using win7

The message is because not all UWP components have been installed.
One or more DLC did not install.
Corrected this message and in the next version of CIU the message will correctly inform which manifest file was not installed.

@mausschieber informed me about not installing the DLC.
possibly because there is a lock on the installation by changing some file.
I already sent a solution to mausschieber and if everything is ok I asked him to inform !!

I think he made a mistake in his setup.ini file!!
I told him about that.
These are the correct settings to make all dlc's install correctly:
[UWPGame]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Manifest1={app}\FH4\AppxManifest.xml
Manifest2={app}\FH4_FortuneIsland\AppxManifest.xml
Manifest3={app}\FH4_Lego\AppxManifest.xml

[Executable1]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Exe=
//ExePath=
//Exe64= // string
//Exe64Path= // string
//Parameter= // string
//Icon= // string
//GDFBinary= // string
//ShortcutProt=0 // 0 / 1
//RunAsAdmin=0 // 0 / 1
ManifestID=1

There are some files in the game folder (When the Original game) that force the HASH check of the files. This file needs to be renamed for installation.
I'll send you a PM with the information I sent to mausschieber.

No need for desktop icon since it's a UWP game!!
UWP games launches only from start menu.
