1.-- Install Game, update to latest version + No-DVD.
2.-- Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
2a.- Move _CommonRedist to Conversion output folder.
2b.- Move Settler-Launcher.exe to the Game Mainfolder

Been do this and was still running 10 hours later and not do anything as left it go through the night and got up to data 7 file and stopped it as going to try the other conversion. Also the game named as rise of cultures is actually named "The Settlers Rise of an Empire".
