The shortcut you have in the conversion ( SH.exe ) is incorrect. It produces this error when launching.

Correct exe name & path:
Exe64=SH-Win64-Shipping.exe
Exe64Path=Desolate\Binaries\Win64

Thanks for the shrinker. Compressor and installer works well, but still shortcut's path is incorrect.
I think you should add another "desolate" to it. for example:
"E:\Desolate\Desolate\Binaries\Win64\SH-Win64-Shipping.exe"
