Compressed 5 files, 349,198,752 => 198,334,808 bytes. Ratio 56.80%
Compression time: cpu 0.30 sec/real 231.38 sec = 0%. Speed 1.51 mB/s
All OK

you use wrong Innosetup
use 5.6.1 then it works

also regarding External Compressor.ini, enable all the options, only increases setup by few MB.
