1)- Install the Game and updates.
2)- Download Attachment and extract on your HDD.
3)- Run UltraARC.exe then Choose Game Folder And Start.
4)- Make iso files with the same name of folders.
5)- Test the iso files before you burn.

in folder sounddata/pc i remove another lang keep only eng it safe space 13.5-14 GB

Um... shouldn't be a "Records.ini" file after compression in Conversion_Output folder!??

Diskspan don't need Records.ini, it won't create it.
but UltraARC create Records.ini.

For diskspan, CIU need records.ini

Maybe, but the situation is about the installer! It seems that needs a Records.ini. Because this will only install the uninstaller, not game files!

Create records.ini manually

Maybe you have to change archive name in Source=

Did this 110% no problems unlike the DSG ones as no matter what settings use on them always errors at last 10% or so and they not worth the time of day where as this not a thing wrong with it at all and fast install too...
