HOW DO I BURN .NRG FILES?

i NEED HELP bad cuz i just a sonic2.nrg file and i dont know how to burn it with nero....need instructions please

You use Nero Burning Rom. You can get it at www.download.com. Once you have installed it, just double click on the nrg file and select burn.
