1.-- Install Game, update to latest version + No-DVD.
2.-- Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
2a.- Move _CommonRedist to Conversion output folder. (Last DVD)

look in ultraarc.ini & make sure there are no other fields filled in, most should be blank.
especially Conditions, that should be blank, or commented out > // or ; at front of line.

i make a mistake go in Ulraarc.ini and comment out this

this fixes the error

if i choice srep lzma finish convert and try to install , i have message eror :
Isdonedll. an error occurred while unpacking: unknown compression method!
Unarc.dll returned an error code: -2
error: unsupport compression method

can u help me please?

It becomes 4 dvd5, not 2, I use the srep + lzma compression method. Why does my conversion not result in two dvd's5?
I tried with UltraARC and DiskSpan, and the conversion is the same.

using diskspan choose custom compression, & paste into where it asks
srep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb273:mc1000000000:lc8
should result in better compression then what you used.
