It is for the Steam/Origin version, but there is also a UWP version, but this conversion is not compatible with UWP and won't be compatible with it.

13 DVD5 using MASK.. work perfectly
Thanks Kaktor.
I think you can easy save 2 more DVD's with bpk, but UltraARC doesn't support it unfortunatelly :(
Btw, how long did compression go with MASK method? 10 hours? More or less?

i test with gaming notebook with mask more than 2 hours :D and everything perfect i think maybe pc faster?
I am baffled once again how FitGirl repacked this. Her repack is ~45gb without extras. But game still have ~12gb videos which I recoded to 2.6gb and in those are duplicates which go after srep to 1.6gb. So I was able to save over 10+gb, but when I repack I still get about ~43gb! Of course I used ztool on .earc files which work great there.
So I dont know... how the hell she could get it ~8gb smaller(taking into account for non-recoded bigger videos duplicates). I am trying xdelta right now but I dont see much benefit over srep. Its about deduplication both. Only other idea would be razor/lolz instead of lzma, but its hard for me to believe those would make such a big difference. Anyone?
try lolz
For me lolz is too much time consuming. ztool+srep+lolz you go easy over 20 hours of compression (if not even more) just without HD/4K crap.
So you can a bit calculate if you use HD/4K too. 30 hours minimum.
Btw with bpk on video files i saved around 2-3gb (+/-).

Oh you know very less about lolz then. FG repack is 45.9 GB without credits.
pzlib+srep+lolz & bpk on bink = 45.5 GB which is still around 400 MB smaller than her repack.

So then lolz must pack it in this case almost 20% better than lzma. I usually seen around 8-10% gain against lzma in the past when I tried. Thanks for info I may give it another chance in future.
test game with hd texture size 148 gb
conversation with mask from kaktor result 28 dvd
test install now
So I tried pzlib+srep+lolz and I got ~41gb. This is still not good I should not get more than ~36gb, I reduced ~12gb videos to ~1.6gb, even with bpk this is no match to my savings. zoroX can you post exact string you used for packing? My was:
custom5x/$gamelz=pzlib+srp64+lolz/$dds=srp64+lolz/$bink=proccmp -ma1 -s;
^where 99% of data go to $dds and $gamelz. $gamelz take care of .earc files and $dds include .heb files. .mab and .sab audio files are in $compressed = srep64+xtor:c3. Right now I am trying lolz without srep again but dont have high hopes.
btw lolz is: -mt4 -mtt1 -mtb128 -d128 -mc8 -tt1 -dtp0 -dto0 -dtd1 -dtm1 -dtw1 -dm00, this gave me at least 2x speed with basically no compression ratio worsening in my tests.

I used mask and got this error while installing: (win10x64- enough space- no AV - short address location "D:\test\FFXV")
I Should mention that I have manually done some splitting and joining on bin files to have faster installation and lower merging. I do this all the times but is it possible that this error would be the result of my work. maybe I did something wrong. I don't know.
Could be.
Is this the first file after merging the archive?
But it could also be error of pzlib3.

it's from the first bin file which is smaller than a DVD so it doesn't need to merge
and it for this file:
datas\level\dlc\multi\worldshare_multi\navimesh\wo rldshare_navimesh_splitter03_multi.earc
I put this bin file aside and check the others to see if this error still exist on other files. I'll report back
Edit: Another bin file extracted with no problem but I got this error on another one
Edit: I've Done the compression again and didn't changed anything, but I got that error again. Any suggestion?

(sorry for double postsing)
Have started yesterday at 7pm, it still runs on last GB, so it's finished on aprox 15-20minutes (12pm).
Makes in total a conversiom time for about 17 hours with MASK (i've played 4 hours yesterday btw so the process slowed down a bit in this 4 hours), without any HD/4K content (+ those you can easy reach 20 hours compression i think).
All is done with Intel i5 @ 3.20GHz + 16GB RAM + normal HDD.
Used UltraARC again, this time with other pzlib3 settings + binkpack for video files. Will test installation in a moment. Tested some files with which gave errors (see pic from zirkhaki above for example), all are done without problems.
Installation time... i think mimimum 2 hours.

Use XTool and 4x4 (http://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=468324&postcount=119) - 10 -14 Hours (I3-3240)
Nah, don't want to compress a whole day again. End of story: -12 crc error at 45%.
Use none compression, srep+lzma or whatever you want. I'm tired of that shit.

Use single core.
like: pzlib:max:c32m:t1
And then error of some other file
If you have fully tested it, share your compressor (diskspan) and i will share new setup.exe with needed decompressors
Conversion updated.
Read notes!
Edit: Compressor Fix added. Replace the file

Hi kaktor:D
Can you update the conversion to the latest version?
Mine using conversion file in first page, the conversion process is succes but while try to install, when on DVD 10 the installer just closes
Try twice still same
Already overwritten compress files
Btw i'm using Build 1213041
I just installed it successfully yesterday (for letting steam recognize the files because it's a bit faster for me).

Thank you KaktoR for conversion
After seeing post by Yashita in here https://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=478493&postcount=1162
Change xzlib setting in arc.ini to (t75p,c32m:zlib)
The installer works perfect, didn't close suddenly.
And thank you Yashita for compress method:)
Conversion updated for Build 1235598
It's 12xDVD5 with lzma
Lolz should be 10xDVD5 but takes much more time.

Hi KaktoR can you update the conversion to the build 1261414/episode from ardyn?
Thank you:D
SOrry I don't have time at the moment for stuff like this.
If anyone is interrested in doing the changes: All you need is in _Tools folder. There are 3 batch files that do some copy stuff (I think it's explained in every step inside the batch files). Literally you only have to add episode ardyn movie files and folders to the batch files. You can find DLC files here https://steamdb.info/depot/977611/ (You have to search for movie files bk2 and look for duplicate files in "us" and "jp" folders. Only use the duplicate files!)
Use "Final.Fantasy.XV.Build.1261414.Update.7z" from OP and patch setup.exe with batch file. File list have been updated. Should work with new game version.
