Instructions:

1. Install Ankh, Ankh - Heart of Osiris, Ankh - Battle Of The Gods to the same parent folder (i.e. C:\Games)

Note: Do NOT install the Windows Vista/7/8 fix manually, it is included in the conversion as an optional component.

2. Download & Extract AnkhTrilogy.rar anywhere you want, NOT the game's install folders.

3. The conversion included DirectX 9 redist so if it's in the game folders just move it into the [Common\Files\Misc] folder, keeping the folder structure specified in the redist information section.

Note 1: If you can't find it in the game folders than create the path Redist\DirectX9 in the [Common\Files\Misc] folder and download the latest DX9 offline installer from here (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109) and extract it into the created folder.

Note 2: Add any additional files you want to include in the disc to the sub-folder [Common\Files\Misc] (No CD patches/manuals maybe)

4. Run Converter.exe and select the game folder when asked

5. Follow the on screen instruction and select the location to create the conversion, what to do when conversion ends and if the ISO files should be automatically created and if so where to create them.

6. Wait for conversion to finish.

7. Test your conversion before burning.

Enjoy

it's not required for the "Windows Vista/7/8 fix" to be optional and can be removed from the "components" menu. applying the fix, does not brake the game on winxp.

Good to know that it doesn't effect the game on XP, didn't use XP for years.

As for removing it from the components menu, don't see a reason to bother, just ignore it and leave it selected, whether you have XP or already have the fix in your compressed game it won't make a difference.
