Moded Ps2 -Does not read disk

Hi ,
I have a ps2 model 77004 and I have put the matrix infinity chip.
When it boots I get the matrix logo and I can get into the infinity configuration menu (Infinity manager 1.99).
The problem is that It can not read any discs (DVD or PS2 games) the disc just speening with a weird sound.
Does anyone know where the problem can be, I attached the schematic I use.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Did you put the modchip into the console yourself? Maybe, you damaged something on the way... If possible, remove the modchip temporarily and see if the console starts working (with factory disks).

I have checked the connections again and made some resoldering now the disk does not make any weird sounds.
I have put a copy game into the ps2 and it read it
perfectly, but it stayed at the point where say loading
game.
Then I reset it, and now I do not have any signal to the TV
screen, not even the matrix logo, nothing.
What could be the problem with that did anyone had similar experience.
