Gears of war language guide ITA - ENG

The first step to our english Gears of war version is to modify the lang.txt file in .../wargame/binaries folder

modify the lang.txt from path /wargame/binaries and add all the langs and save it

2) Copy this 3 files into the in the .../wargame/cooked pc folder : - MPsounds_LOC_int.upk
- Startup_int.upk
- WardareGame_LOC_int.u
3)go to the .../Wargame folder and delete the pctoc_esn.txt file and replave the pctoc.txt by the one in the rar file.

4) unrar the INT folder and put it in ... WarGame\CookedPC\Sounds (replace the old folder)

(by this step you can play the game with eng menus/subtitles in game and SOME english voices. If you take the next step you will have all the voices also in game..)

5) to fully play the game in english this is the last thing to do, download this archive :

and go to .../Wargame/CookedPC/Maps and add the files from the archive to the fitting folder
example: copy all SP_Adams_... .WAr to the SP_adams folder

you're now fully locked and loaded to play Gears of war in english!

thx for this guide, but unfortunatly the last 4 files from media fire seems to be no more available, this is what i get:

could you make another working upload? that would be GREAT

Original post is approx. 6 years old, unfortunately it doesn't look those files were ever uploaded to GameCopyWorld either, so unless someone has them, they are lost.
