backup gba,gb and n64

I have seen this device which you can buy from the internet and you can backup gba,gb and n64 games and you could also download roms for gba,gb,n64 and copy the games into a empty cartirage which you can buy from them I don't have the website right now but if anybody knows what i'm talking about please replay.
